4. Outstation Taxi Cancellation
Outstation taxi bookings often require vehicle blocking, driver planning, route preparation and sometimes advance scheduling. Because of this, cancellation rules are stricter than regular local rides.
- Outstation booking cancellation should be informed well in advance.
- If an advance payment was collected for vehicle blocking, refund or adjustment will depend on cancellation timing and booking discussion.

7. No-Show Policy
A booking may be treated as a no-show when the customer is not available at pickup location, does not answer calls/messages or does not proceed with the ride after the driver reaches the location.
- No-show cases may attract cancellation, waiting or minimum trip charges.
- For airport pickup, no-show may apply if the passenger does not contact us after reasonable waiting time.
- For hotel, office or home pickup, no-show may apply if the customer is unreachable after driver arrival.
- Any advance payment may be adjusted against no-show or waiting charges depending on booking terms.
8. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on booking type, advance payment amount, cancellation timing, vehicle dispatch status and actual costs already incurred.
- If cancellation is done early and no vehicle has been blocked or dispatched, refund may be considered where advance payment was collected.
- If driver or vehicle assignment has already happened, reasonable cancellation or dispatch charges may be deducted.
- If toll, parking, permit, fuel or driver-related cost has already been incurred, such amount may be deducted from refund.
